Members are encouraged to file a safety form. These are not just for the potentially severe accidents, but for any information or item you feel could be of benefit to club safety, both on the ground or in the air. The best suggestion or report at the end of the year will win a prize.
This can be done by downloading and completing the form below, which can be emailed to the CFI or Safety Officer or posted in the bar. Another way is to pick up a form at the clubhouse and post it in the bar slot.
